Do you stop at the Cruise Terminal (A-Terminal)?
On most days we stop inside the cruise harbor in front of the ship. If you cannot find us inside the cruise harbor we will be outside of the cruise gates about 300 meters away.
My cruise calls earlier than you start operating, will you have earlier departures?
Yes, we will start our operation upon the arrival of the cruise ship (not earlier than 8 am).
How are the routes set up?
During the summer season, we offer three different routes: red, blue, and green. The routes cover different parts of the city and the main changing point for the routes is at stop number 1. During the winter season, we offer one route which is a combination of the summer routes.
Do you have toilets on the buses?
There are no toilets on any of the buses.
Can I bring my dog on the bus?
Service dogs as well as smaller and medium-sized dogs are welcome on our buses.
If we have allergic people on board, passengers with dogs may be asked to be seated in a specific area of the bus or asked to join another tour.
Do you accept cash payments on board?
Both cash and card payments are accepted on board.
Do you have a guide on board?
We offer an electronic audio guide system with commentaries in 10 different languages.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately our buses are not wheelchair accessible but it is possible to bring a foldable wheelchair providing the person can board the bus themselves.
Can I bring my luggage on the bus?
Yes, you can bring your luggage on the bus within reasonable limits.
Where can we buy tickets?
We strongly recommend buying tickets online where you always find the best offers. However, tickets can also be bought on the bus with cash or card.
Is it possible to rent a bus for a private event?

Can I get on the bus at any stop?
Yes, you are able to get on the bus at any of our stops, simply choose the one that is most convenient for you. Please find the map and the list of stops here.
What is the duration of the tour?
During the summer season (May-October) we run three different routes, each of the routes take approximately 1 hour to complete. During the winter season (November-April) the route takes about 1,5 hours.
I can’t choose a date when booking my ticket online, how long is the ticket valid for?
The ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
